Top Left - Lt. Ronaqua "Ronnie" Russel, assigned to Coast Guard Air Station Miami, after being awarded the Air Medal by Vice Commandant of the Coast Guard Adm. Charles Ray at an event in Tuskegee, Alabama on February 21, 2019. Russell is the first African-American female in the Coast Guard to be awarded the Air Medal. She received it for her efforts during Hurricane Harvey.
