CHICAGO (Aug. 15, 2012) The crew of the Cyclone-class coastal patrol ship USS Hurricane (PC 3) stands at parade rest before morning colors during the Navy’s commemoration of the Bicentennial of the War of 1812 in Chicago. The commemoration coincides with Chicago Navy Week, one of 15 signature events planned across America in 2012.
