July 4, 2017 - U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Jason
Samuel, defense counsel, Legal Services Support Team,
Headquarters Battalion, serves as the guest speaker at a
memorial dedication ceremony for the Boy Scouts of America in
Mountain Valley Memorial Park in Joshua Tree, California. Samuel
was a boy scout for several years prior to joining the Marine
