A student's patriotic extracurricular efforts / activities must involve significant hours of volunteerism associated with support of the troops, veterans, and/or other involvement that exemplifies / fosters love and pride of America. ;(The hours can occur over a two year period.) It can be done through individual effort or for a charity / nonprofit organization.

• Students eligible... Must be in grades 1 through 12.

• Student 13 and over ... You can apply by yourself, but must state a parent or legal guardian is aware of the application. ; Also, a parent or legal guardian can do so on the student's behalf.

• Student under 13 ... A parent or legal guardian must apply on the student's behalf.

Online Verification or Statements From Two Non-related Adults
The student's efforts must be verifiable online by providing links to the respective information or by providing statements by at least two non-related adults. (The adults association and email addresses are required.)

Reminder... Friends, teachers, and others who know of a deserving student . . . please make him, her, or a parent aware of Honor Hall of Student Patriots and to apply, accordingly.

(Only one individual can be nominated at a time)

Email the required information below to USA Patriotism!

• Student's First and Last Names
  Include whether to list only the first or first and last name of the student

• Student / Parent's Email Address

• Student's Grade Level (1st - 12th)

• Total hours, days, months, or years involved with patriotic effort(s)

• Period Efforts Occurred (mm/yyyy - mm/yyyy)

• Provide at least 250 words about your (the student) patriotic extra curricular efforts including if it is in association with a charity / nonprofit organization. ;The adults names and association with the student needs to be included. Also, list links to web pages that have related information . . . Otherwise, statements by at least two of the named non-related adults attesting to the student's noble efforts along with their email address need to be included. (Failure to provide enough information will result in the application not being considered.)

• Attach at least one quality image of the individual showing his/her face.

  • Other "quality" images should the individual involved in the patriotic endeavor(s).

  • Total file size of an attached "quality" image(s) must be under 3MB file to avoid potential delivery issue from your internet service provider. (Images will be reduced accordingly.)
