Girl Scout cookies were delivered on this day to a local mall from hundreds of Girl Scouts, with the Tejas Girl Scout Council. With the help of troops from Ft. Hood and FedEx, more than 90,000 cases of Girl Scout cookies were packed on several FedEx trucks and vans and carried to Ft. Hood. The cookies were then sent to military bases around the world, with most going to Iraq.
