Soldiers with
the 65th Military Police
Company deployed to Iraq
Dec. 13, 2008 from Green
Ramp. Their mission
will be to act as the police
transition team and mentor
the Iraqi police into a
self-sustaining and
self-governing police force
capable of maintaining law
and order and defeating
insurgent forces aiming to
disrupt the Iraqi
government. This will be the
unit's third deployment to
Iraq.
