Lt. Col. Jeffrey Medland completes push-ups as part of
the 100-day million push-up challenge March 29, 2010, at
Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska. In an attempt to improve
PT scores and unit camaraderie, 425 Elmendorf AFB Airmen did
1,184,957 push-ups in 100 days. Colonel Medland is assigned
to the 3rd Medical Operations Squadron.
