commissioned officers take the oath of office at Florida A&M
commencement ceremonies Tallahassee, Fla., on May 1, 2010.Adm. Mike
Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff gave the keynote address
and commissioned the 12 new officers into the Navy, Marine Corps and
Army during the ceremony.
