The ceremony was in honor of Mr. Ballagh, who received a Prisoner of War Medal, the World War II Victory Medal, the American Campaign Medal and the Euro-African-Middle Eastern Medal, after more than 65 years.
Colonel Lawrie is the 22nd Air Refueling Wing Safety chief. Major DeReus
is the 22nd Comptroller Squadron commander.
