Freedom
What about it?
Should We always scream and shout it?
From sea to shining
sea-
It's about you and me-
Speaking our Minds-
Gathering thoughts of all kinds-
Without fear-
Holding
what is dear-
Our God-given right-
Both day and night-
Without reprisal.
Granted and held.
We shall not
falter nor wane.
For it would have been in vain.
Our
forefathers sacrificed.
They bore the burden of strife.
And laid down their life.
They broke tyranny and
injustice in this land.
And Allowed everyone to take a
stand.
