October 23, 2013 - U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Ed Drew, an HH-60 PAVE Hawk helicopter gunner, creates modern art in a modern war using not-so-modern techniques. He does it by using an 18th century process known as... tintype, which is a photograph made by creating a direct positive on a sheet of iron metal that is blackened by painting, lacquering or enamelling and is used as a support for a collodion photographic emulsion.
