Homeless Plea country as flag
I helped to keep this country free.
But you can't see me.
I came home and you cheered me.
But you can't see me.
I stopped a riot in the Angel City.
But you can't see me.
My wife left me because of my duty.
But you can't see me.
My children raised without me.
But you can't see me.
I wrecked my truck to be free.
But you can't see me.
I try to join polite society.
But you can't see me.
I failed miserably.
But you can't see me.
To hell with society.
You can't see me.
You pass me every day.
Complain I haven't showered today.
Who cares if I haven't anyway?
Don't think I can't hear you say.
"It is his fault he failed in society."
But you can't see me.
