The Little Children |

It is hard to watch them
to hear them
talking about
Daddy,
Knowing war
and all the pain
and suffering
of wounds
to the body
... the mind.
(I need to play Skynard and Charlie Daniels)
I see their wives with tears
like crystal,
gazing and sparkling
within their eyes!
I try to hold myself
together,
... when I hold them.
I cry in silence
for my Brothers... ,
when I cry for these young soldiers
... so brave,
so
... gone to war.
I am very humble today.
I reach for my weapon...
(Southern Rock and Roll!)
... just lock my heart,
and load
my Soul!
