| Hey World! My husband's over there Dropping bombs throughout Iraqi's air.

It's worth it, All of this strife
 Saving innocent civilian life.

My brother's in the midst of this war
He's been fired on eighty times or more.

It's worth it, filling me with pride
Knowing that God's will is on his side.

Filled with memoirs was my mother's purse
When they called her in need of a nurse.

It's worth it, all of this dread
So all soldiers won't be found dead.

My father is a prisoner of war
I am sure he is hungry and sore.

It's worth it, for in his release
He aided to bring us world peace.

My son is now missing in action
The twelfth of such a small fraction.

It's worth it, the fear everyday
When he's found and comes home to stay.

My sister, she fights like a man
I know she'll do all that she can.

It's worth it, for so much we'll all gain
As she helps take down Saddam Hussein.

Front line, I fight from the ground
 My mission, the enemy, surround.

It's worth it, as I lay in cold mud
Was close, I won't go out by that scud.

We are all in another desert storm
Wrapped in God with combat's uniform.

It's worth it, we are all a family
So we'll end this with great victory.

To our country, I vowed at all costs
But how we will mourn for our lost.

It's worth it, God's call, twas their time
But the families that they've left behind.

 Operation Iraqi Freedom is here
It's worth it, our victory is near.

They don't trust us but that's without pity
For they will when we rebuild their city.

Dear God, as we fight for your call
It's worth it, just be with us all.
