Rhode Island and West Virginia National Guard (Air Force and Army) join
local, state and national emergency responders during exercise Vigilant
Guard 19-1 involving a variety of disaster scenarios requiring search,
rescue, and medical care at Joint Base Cape Cod, Massachusetts on
November 6, 2018.
Vigilant Guard is a National Guard and U.S.
Northern Command civil support exercise, which simulates possible
real-world, catastrophic disasters that can be both man made and natural
causes.
