To teach soldiers the importance of character development in
the Army. The white board animation is designed to provide
the soldier with the knowledge of why character, competence,
and commitment through life-long education, training, and
experience matter. Character strengthens the resolve of Army
professionals to live by and uphold the Army Ethic as
consistently and faithfully demonstrated in decisions and
actions. The outcome generates trusted Army professionals of
character, competence, and commitment who are inspired to
honorably fulfill their Oaths of service.
