January 23, 2020 - The Army 2020 Junior Smallbore National
Championship involves a side-by-side, three-position rifle
competition that is comprised of shooting a total of 60
rounds in the standing, kneeling, and prone positions with a
.22 caliber rifle within 105 minutes at Fort Benning,
Georgia.
The Smallbore event is part of the U.S. Army 2020 Junior
Rifle National Championship hosted by the U.S. Army
Marksmanship at Fort Benning, Georgia. It is an
invitation-only, three day event with more than 300 junior
athletes from 24 states.
