October 22, 2021 - U.S. Army paratroopers assigned to the 173rd Airborne Brigade conduct platoon-level situational training – Platoon movement to contact exercise during Exercise Bayonet Ready 22 (BR22) at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center on the Hohenfels Training Area, Germany.
BR22, a directive of the U.S. Army Southern European Task Force - Africa by 7th Army Training Command and the 173rd Airborne Brigade is designed to facilitate the brigade commander’s gated training strategy to build lethal units in a kinetic, simulated combat scenario against a thinking opposing force.
