U.S. Soldiers assigned to the 1st Battalion, 502nd Infantry
Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division
(Air Assault), 2-501st General Support Aviation Battalion,
3-501st Attack Helicopter Battalion, Combat Aviation
Brigade, 1st Armored Division and Soldiers assigned to the
Hellenic XXV Armored Brigade, conduct Military Operations in
Urban Terrain training near Petrochori Training Area,
Greece.
The soldiers arrive by helicopters then go through a wooded
area to reach the buildings in an urban area where they
enter rifle ready for combat activities.
The United States’ commitment to defending NATO territory is
ironclad and the United States will continue to bolster our
posture to better defend our NATO Allies.
