Regiment, 2/2ID conduct battle drills involving
countermeasures and casualty medical evacuation in a wartime
simulation during field training exercise Warrior Shield 23
(WS23) at Korean Combat Training Center, Republic of Korea.
The simulation's intent is to provide hands-on experience in
support of the ROK- U.S. alliance.
The purpose of Warrior Shield is to further enhance the
cooperation of ROK and U.S. militaries’ through air, land,
sea, space, cyber and special operations, and improve upon
tactics, techniques and procedures.
