The 544 Red Horse Squadron stationed at
Andersen Air Force Base, Guam provides rope rescue training to the
Fire Department at Kadena Air Base, Japan during September 2018.
Red Horse Squadrons provide the U.S. Air Force with a highly
mobile civil engineering response force to support contingency and
special operations worldwide. Red Horse units other special
capabilities include ... water-well drilling, explosive demolition,
aircraft arresting system installation, quarry operations, concrete
mobile operations, material testing, expedient facility erection,
and concrete and asphalt paving.
