July 1, 2020 - A KC-135 Stratotanker and
seven KC-46 Pegasus line the runway in an elephant walk and then
take off at McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas as part of a weather
evacuation exercise. Generating aircraft quickly in response to
adverse weather conditions ensures the protection of Air Force
assets while also preserving McConnell’s air refueling mission.
