A look at various aircraft including the F-35
Lightning II, KC-135 Stratotanker, B-1 Lancer and
EA-18 Growler ... conduct flight operations, including take-offs,
during Red Flag 21-2 at Nellis Air Force Base in March 2021. Around
2,500 players from Singapore, Sweden and seven NATO member nations
participate, allowing for an opportunity to smooth out any wrinkles
in a cross-platform scenario that may otherwise prove detrimental to
the mission.
Red Flag at Nellis Air Force Base is the
premier training exercise that allows participants to work with
joint and allied partners in 2.9 million acres of land and airspace
to advance interoperability.
