U.S. Marines with 2d Light Armored Reconnaissance (LAR)
Battalion, 2d Marine Division, fire a M242 Bushmaster weapon system during a
semiannual gunnery qualification range on Camp Lejeune, NC on February
23-25, 2021. The qualification range tests the Marines decision making
process by evaluating a wide variety of scenarios to eliminate enemy
targets, as well as maintain combat lethality and readiness.
