Marines Conduct Aerial Sniper Drills On Camp Schwab
U.S. Marines with 3d Battalion, 2d Marines conduct aerial sniper drills from
a UH-1Y Venom assigned to Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron (HMLA) 469
on Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan. The training focuses on proficiency and
lethality while engaging targets from an aircraft in flight.
3/2 Marines are forward deployed in
the Indo-Pacific under 4th Marines, 3d Marine Division as
part of the Unit Deployment Program.
