Marines Conducts Platoon Attacks With LAVs - ITX 1-20
October 6, 2019 - U.S. Marines with
Alpha Company, 2d Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion,
2nd Marine Division conduct platoon attacks with Light Armored Vehicles (LAVs) during the
Integrated Training Exercise (ITX) 1-20 at Marine Corps
Air-Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California.
The
purpose of ITX 1-20 is to create a challenging, realistic
training environment that produces combat ready forces
capable of operating as an integrated Marine Air-Ground Task Force
(MAGTF).
