July 28, 2020 - U.S. Marines with
Ground Combat Element, Marine Rotational Force – Darwin, get
down and dirty during live-fire training at Kangaroo Flats
Training Area, Northern Territory, Australia.
During the training, the Marines
employed various weapon systems, including the M240B
machinegun and the Mk 19. The training allowed Marines to
demonstrate their ability to operate in austere environments
and respond to crises or contingencies.
