The Expeditionary Combat Skills
course (ECS) approaches instruction in its own multifaceted
way. Training is conducted both in classrooms and on the
range, in simulators and in the field. Depending on the day
and the lesson Sailors may find themselves armed with a
pencil, a gun or a compass. For Sailors who are heading to
jobs and commands with unpredictable missions, every lesson
counts.
