USS Germantown Fires Close-In Weapons System

September 25, 2019 - The Whidbey Island-class dock landing ship USS Germantown (LSD 42) that is part of Commander, Amphibious Squadron 11 fires a close in weapons system during its deployment in the Indo-Pacific region to enhance interoperability with partners and serve as a ready-response force for any type of contingency.
