U.S. Army Drill Sergeant Academy Visit September 28, 2018
September 19, 2018 - General Stephen J. Townsend, Commanding General of the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command visits the U.S. Army Drill Sergeant Academy. During his site visit, GEN Townsend met with the Academy's leaders, received an information brief, and recognized some of the Academy’s finest Drill Sergeant Leaders. GEN Townsend discussed with leadership ways to improve and maintain the Academy and the important role NCOs take on when becoming U.S. Army Drill Sergeants.
