Testing Seized Cocaine January 17, 2019
January 7, 2019 - A Coast Guard Bernard C. Webber (WPC-1101) crewmember conducts a narcotics identification kit test on seized cocaine at Coast Guard Station Fort Lauderdale. Webber crew, Homeland Security Investigations and Customs and Border Protection interdicted a sport fisher boat with a suspected smuggler, two migrants, a U.S.-Bahamas dual citizen and 7 kilograms of cocaine approximately eight miles east of Dania Beach.
