August 8, 2019 - Lt. Gen. L. Scott Rice, director of the Air National Guard, with his son, Capt. Leon Rice, a pilot assigned to the 157th Air Refueling Wing, and his grandson in front of the new KC-46A Pegasus air refueling tanker during a welcome ceremony held at Pease Air National Guard Base, N.H. The tanker's arrival marked the final flight of the general's career.
