June 17, 2020 - An E/A-18G Growler assigned to the Gray Wolves of Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 142 launches from the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) during deployment to the Indo-Pacific ... with two more Growlers to follow. The EA-18G Growler is a carrier-based electronic warfare aircraft with a maximum speed of 1,181 mph and a range of 1,458 miles. It is a specialized version of the two-seat F/A-18F Super Hornet.
