We live in a Country that has been doubly blessed by God.
We have reason to be filled with gratitude.
On this long holiday weekend, there will be many celebrations.
It will be a time for looking backward and forward.
The greatness of our Nation can only be explained by looking
at it's beginning. It was founded on a firm foundation; on
Judeo/
Christian religious principles. The Constitution was mans effort
to embody in legal terms the essence of the Ten Commandments.
The success is obvious; the Constitution has endured and is
respected around the world. Take time out this long holiday
weekend for thoughtful meditation. In the last several years
there
has been an erosion in our foundation principles. There are
those
who would remove the name of God from the Pledge of
Allegiance, from our money, etc. We need to re-assess the
direction in which we are going as a Nation. We have got to work
