Airmen At Sea April 3, 2022
March 7, 2022 - U.S. Air Force marine patrolmen assigned to the 6th Security Forces Squadron monitor the Coastal Restricted Area (CRA) surrounding MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. Marine patrolmen provide waterborne deterrence, detection and respond to any threat within MacDill’s surrounding waters. The 6th SFS marine patrol unit is responsible for one of the largest CRA’s in the Department of Defense and is the only 24/7 unit in the U.S. Air Force.
