February 19-21, 2023 - Scenes aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77) conducting operations over several days in the Adriatic Sea.
Top - A C-2A Greyhound aircraft, attached to Fleet Logistics Support Squadron (VRC) 40, launches from the flight deck.
Middle Left - Lt. Cmdr. Christopher Baker launches an E-2D Hawkeye, attached to Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron (VAW) 121, off of the flight deck during flight operations.
Middle Right - Lt. Sarah Huston launches an F/A-18E Super Hornet, attached to Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 86, off of the flight deck during flight operations..

The USS George H.W. Bush is the lead ship of Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 10 that is also referred to as Bush Carrier Strike Group. The CSG 10 that includes the Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 7 is is on a scheduled deployment in the U.S. Naval Forces Europe area of operations, employed by U.S. Sixth Fleet to defend U.S., allied and partner interests.
