September 6, 2024 - U.S. Air Force Maj. Lindsay "MAD" Johnson, A-10C Thunderbolt II Demonstration Team commander and pilot, demonstrates acrobatic maneuvers and a high-G turn along with flying in formation with a P-51 Mustang aircraft over the Midland Air Show in Midland, Texas. The demonstrations Johnson performed showcased the maneuverability that enabled the A-10 aircraft to perform its close air support mission.
