MWD Security Patrol At Kadena Air Base

March 12, 2026 - U.S. Air Force Staff. Sgt. Lucas Reale, 18th Security Forces military working dog handler, patrols areas near the medical facilities with MWD Szultan after a simulated attack during a USAF-led operational exercise Beverley Midnight 26 at Kadena Air Base, Japan. BM26 tested rapid response capabilities to prepare medical personnel for potential emergencies in the Indo-Pacific region.
